Returns & Exchanges

Standard Models: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the product is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Custom Orders: Due to the nature of custom fabrication, all custom raft orders are non-refundable once production has begun.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damage or Defects

If your raft arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue.

We will work quickly to repair, replace, or refund your product as appropriate.
Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of placement for a full refund.

After 48 hours, cancellations may incur a processing or materials fee.
