4. Custom Orders

Custom swim rafts are non-refundable once production begins. Any changes must be requested and approved prior to the start of fabrication.

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Raft Craft is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
